It's about to get real juicy...

"You know very well who you are
Don't let em hold you down, reach for the stars"

I'm generally very happy with my appearance. I'm a great believer in embracing and loving what you've got but recently I feel sluggish, sad and completely lacking in motivation to do anything.
I've been many different body shapes. This is nothing to do with any of them, I want to feel good inside. So I'm going to throw a splash of juice into my day... For 30 days. No meal cutting just a whole cup of fruit and veg on the top.

I've tried a juice detox and it was hell for me. I still felt hungry even though I was getting more than enough nuitrients, the simple process of not chewing and swallowing food meant I couldn't hack it and the diet was a failure... Sort of.
The positive from the detox was that it introduced me to many recipes, most were grim hold your nose as it's going down type drinks but others had potential. The power of fruit and veg is massively hyped on all these plans but even if a fraction of it is true it's all good, if it's not you've probably had a few lbs worth of poos, so all good?

The best advice I can give is find recipes you like rather than ones that say they're specifically fat fighting. Include some of the minging veg you'd never eat on a plate and disguise it with tasty fruit. You're going to do better if you like it... Simples!? Well I'll soon find out.

This is my all rounder juice, the oranges really lighten this recipe up, it means business but it doesn't taste like the underside of a farmers shoe!

Ma's Juicy Green Giant
3 apples
2 oranges
2 sticks of celery
1 leaf of kale
1/2 lemon
1/4cucumber
1/4 inch of ginger root
Makes around 500ml

There's lots of sites to look at for recipes, if I don't like one, there's plenty more to try.

Here goes nothing.
